Job Description Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Lead, direct, and develop the Digital Performance team in managing all Paid Marketing Channels at Cermati Fintech Group. Design, implement, and evaluate media buying and paid marketing strategies to support customer acquisition and growth. Manage the digital marketing budget with afocus on cost efficiency, ROI, and achieving business targets, while being accountable to the finance team and preparing weekly budget monitoring reports. Collaborate with the Marketing, CRM, Product, and IT teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from paid ads to Cermati Fintech Group's acquisition channels. Conduct data analysis, customer segmentation, and audience targeting optimization together with the Data team to improve campaign effectiveness. Perform routine A/B testing to identify the most effective approaches for enhancing campaign performance. Monitor data accuracy, identify, and reduce discrepancies from monitoring tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase, and CRM Data Bl. Maintain active communication with internal stakeholders, including business teams, to report results, address challenges, and ensure targets are met. Explore and establish new partnerships with paid media platforms beyond Google, Meta, TikTok, and X to expand customer acquisition channels. Qualifications 6+years of experiences in Performance Marketing roles driving media buying and optimisation on Google, Meta, Tiktok dan Programmatic platforms. Certified Google ad words or Meta advertising A bachelor's degree from reputable universities, preferably from quantitative analytical discipline (Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics) A result-driven and independent thinker with superior numerical skills Excellent data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or other data processing tools and marketing advertisement using Appsflyer and Firebase Eager to work in a creative and collaborative environment.
