  • Deep expertise in e-retail media across Pure Players, Omnichannel, and Last Milers, including on-/off-platform solutions (Search, Display, DSP, CPAS, Affiliates, Social Commerce, Influencer campaigns).
  • Proven leadership in digital marketing, including joint business planning with e-retailers, leading large-scale events, and managing multiple performance agencies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with hands-on experience in reporting, A/B testing, conversion modeling, and journey optimization.
  • Solid CPG background with a track record in eCommerce performance marketing roles and campaign execution.Excellent soft skills: independent, proactive, results-driven, and adaptable, with strong communication and storytelling abilities backed by data insights.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across on- and off-platform media, optimizing traffic, conversions, and spend efficiency.
  • Manage the e-commerce marketing budget and media calendar, ensuring high ROI in campaigns, promotions, and e-retailer events.
  • Lead performance tracking and optimization by setting KPIs, driving A/B testing, and refining strategies based on data and insights (ROAS, search, conversion).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Digital, Brand, eComm) and external partners (agencies, media, regional/global teams) to ensure aligned, full-funnel marketing execution.
  • Identify growth opportunities by testing new media channels and sharing best practices to foster continuous improvement.
