We’re looking for a Senior Network Engineer who thrives in collaborative environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and wants to contribute to a high-performing team supporting a secure, enterprise-scale IT infrastructure.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years of relevant experience OR
  • Associate’s Degree + 10 years of relevant experience OR
  • 8+ years of direct systems engineering experience
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance (CI Poly eligibility required)
  • Operational knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • DoD 8140 (IAT Level I) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Security+ CE certification or ability to obtain within 6 months

PREFERRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong background in enterprise infrastructure and monitoring tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter who works well independently or in a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and remote support best practices
  • Prior experience in customer-facing technical support roles is a plus

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Systems Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the configuration and access of Enterprise Management tools across the customer’s infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring enterprise systems for faults and performance issues using industry-standard tools
  • Recommending and supporting network and system enhancements to improve operational performance
  • Participating in cross-functional meetings with customers, contractors, and vendors
  • Designing and implementing changes to the system architecture that align with enterprise management needs
  • Working hands-on with routers, switches, storage networks, and security tools across both UNIX and Windows environments
  • Supporting integration of event and incident ticketing systems and email-based alerts
  • Leading and mentoring junior staff or providing oversight on team deliverables
  • Collaborating on special projects as identified by the customer
