WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We are looking for a highly driven individual with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join a large and dynamic organization.

• Fluent in French, with a minimum level of C1; C2 level expected
• Proven experience in operations management
• Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach and the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a solid understanding of database management principles
