POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Three (3) plus years of experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a start-up/scale up or consulting firm.
• Strong track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end.
• An uncanny ability to deconstruct complex problems down into smaller manageable parts.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis with a strong preference for experience with SQL, R and Python.
• Exceptional process building skills.
• Natural curiosity and a desire to make an impact.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Nevly is seeking an Operations Manager to lead in the design and build out of its performance management system. We’re looking for the right candidate to help shape how we design our compensation, promotion and development programs with the goal of ensuring that as Nevly begins scaling it attracts, retains and develops the right types of people and consistently ensures that they are always sitting in the right roles and are being developed in ways that foster their internal as well as external growth.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading in the design and implementation of the company’s performance management systems.
• Helping align the company’s strategic priorities to its performance systems.
• Leading in the execution of the company’s performance systems.
• Working with hiring teams to determine job requirements and ideal candidate profiles based on observable data from internal company personnel.
