THE PERFORMANCE OPERATIONS SUPPORT ASSOCIATE WILL ANSWER INBOUND CALLS FROM BORROWERS FOR RECAST MODIFICATIONS, ENSURE THE BORROWERS ARE IN GOOD STANDING IF REQUESTING TO HAVE A RECAST DONE ON THEIR LOAN, EXPLAIN THE BORROWER WHAT THE RECAST MODIFICATION ENTAILS AND PROVIDE DATES AND NEW PAYMENT AMOUNTS. AN IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE SHOULD HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION AND WRITTEN SKILLS, PHONE ETIQUETTES AND UNDERSTANDING OF MORTGAGE MODIFICATIONS. CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.
