You will design and implement a community engagement and participation strategy with a focus on employability as an outcome for the people engaged by the programmes.
You will establish an employer engagement strategy for the programmes, working with business groups and employers to provide ‘bespoke’ recruitment solutions to address recruitment shortages and skills gaps identified by local businesses.
