ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) is seeking a talented and dynamic Performance Reporting Specialist to complement the Data and Analytics team within Digital Health.
The ideal candidate will be an outstanding collaborator and pro-active problem-solver, with excellent technical Power BI skills to transform complex datasets into clear visual stories and results. You will also have a passion for developing data solutions which support positive health service improvement performance.

The Performance Reporting Specialist is responsible for automating the provision of timely and accurate reports to support clinical and non-clinical business operations. This involves the creation of digital solutions for manual collection processes and the establishment of data pipelines for electronically captured data.
There is also a requirement to link data types e.g. Workforce, Finance and Activity to enhance report utility and guide appropriate responsive action.
