Responsibilities Provide administrative and co-ordination support in the department Generate and prepare related HR reports for the management reviews Process performance management documentation, maintain relevant record and database Support market surveys/industry analysis and collect up-to-date market information to keep abreast of market trend Support any ad hoc projects assigned Requirements Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages plus at least 4 years’ relevant work experience. Basic knowledge of HR-related policies and procedures. Understanding of employment-related ordinances and regulations is an advantage.
