Reporting to the Head of Total Reward, Performance & Recognition, you’ll provide deep subject‑matter expertise across performance, remuneration and benefits, ensuring our frameworks remain competitive, compliant and aligned to business strategy. You’ll partner closely with senior HR leaders and executives, delivering trusted insights and solutions that strengthen our culture, support organisational performance and enhance our reputation with employees, regulators, shareholders and the broader industry. How will you make an impact? Own end‑to‑end delivery of annual performance, remuneration and incentive programs, including benchmarking, job evaluation and governance. Build strong, credible relationships with HRBPs and business leaders, offering thoughtful, data‑driven guidance on remuneration practices. Prepare high‑quality papers for management and Board committees, ensuring clarity, rigour and alignment to policy. Oversee job grading and classification frameworks, ensuring consistency, transparency and integrity across the organisation. Monitor trends, analyse market data and participate in industry forums to ensure our reward programs remain competitive and contemporary. Lead key compliance activities including WGEA reporting and alignment with Enterprise Agreement obligations. Partner with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of remuneration and benefits. Contribute to the design and implementation of new reward frameworks, policies and initiatives. Proactively identify and manage risk, ensuring adherence to policies, controls and compliance requirements. About you You’re a confident, analytical and relationship‑driven reward professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring strong commercial acumen, a passion for data‑led decision‑making and the ability to influence at senior levels. You’ll bring: Relevant tertiary qualifications 5–7+ years’ experience in Performance & Reward or a related discipline Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits, ideally within Financial Services Experience preparing Board or executive papers Expertise in remuneration design, market analysis and regulatory frameworks Strong consulting, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills High analytical capability, with the ability to interpret trends and translate insights into action Why Join Us?
