* Apply your advanced Excel expertise to drive outcomes  * Enjoy flexibility while working independently across varied projects  * Permanent appointment for a highly capable professional ready to make an immediate impact     About the role  In this exciting opportunity, you will be a key part of a small team to deliver the suite of performance and reward activities across People First Bank.   As a critical thinker who thrives on collaborating with others, you will deliver remuneration and performance programs to support the achievement of strategic objectives whilst responding to our workforce plan.  Your key areas of impact will be: Performance  * Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance frameworks and processes. * Analyse performance data and provide insights and recommendations to leadership. * Contribute with the design and implementation of performance frameworks that support the achievement of strategic objectives, including developing performance calibration spreadsheets and managing performance outcomes in all systems.   Reward and Remuneration * Administer annual remuneration review processes, including salary benchmarking and market analysis. * Complete bi-annual and annual market position matching and survey submissions for Korn Ferry and the Financial Institutions Remuneration Group (FIRG) and regularly maintain position matching systems.  * Completely accurate job evaluations in a timely manner and maintain position grading tools and systems. Provide guidance and coaching to the Business Partnering team and leaders on job evaluation outcomes.  * Support the development and maintenance of associated governance (e.g. job libraries, system updates, etc.)   Data Analysis and Reporting * Collect, analyse, and interpret workforce, remuneration, and performance data. * Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for HR and business leaders. * Contribute with the design and implementation of performance frameworks that support the achievement of strategic objectives. * Design incentive calculation spreadsheets to calculate multiple incentive plan targets. * Manage the bi-annual incentive plan, including calculating outcomes.  * Support to deliver the annual performance and remuneration review process including systems testing, data validation, auditing, system set up and general queries.   Governance & Reporting * Support the preparation of all statutory, regulatory and industry reporting submissions and disclosures. * Support the statutory reporting and analysis of the Banking Executive Accountability Regime (BEAR) and Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) requirements. * Contribute with the review, development and implementation of remuneration, performance and reward policies and procedures.   About you  To be successful in this role, you will need to be an Excel wizard with skills to create, maintain and manipulate large and complex spreadsheets and dive into data analysis.  Additionally, you have solid experience in a remuneration and performance role, you are proactive and can spot issues. You ask the right questions, understand and apply complex concepts and think critically to solve complex problems. Most importantly, you should be comfortable working independently and managing tasks on your own. We also seek:  •    Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Commerce or Business •    Well-developed business writing skills and capability to create clear and compelling reports and documents. •    Understanding and experience with performance and reward frameworks, remuneration benchmarking, Hay job evaluation, incentive design principles, and benefits. •    Proven track record in managing annual remuneration reviews and incentive programs. •    Familiarity with relevant HR legislation, Enterprise Agreements, NES, and Modern Awards.   Experience in the Financial Services sector will be an advantage.   Who are we?  It's an exciting time to join our organisation!
