Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and execute performance test strategies, plans, and scripts. Design workload models and performance scenarios for enterprise applications. Create and maintain performance scripts using Azure Load Testing, Apache JMeter, Stress Stimulus (where applicable) Execute load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing. Monitor application, API, database, and infrastructure performance metrics. Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering teams for optimization. Prepare detailed performance test reports with analysis, observations, and recommendations. Integrate performance execution into CI/CD pipelines where applicable. Support capacity planning and performance governance initiatives. Log and track performance defects/issues in Azure DevOps. Participate in release readiness and production risk assessments. Required Skills & Experience Must have 6 to 8 years of experience in performance testing. Strong experience in Performance Engineering, Load & Stress Testing, Scalability Testing, Performance Analysis & Tuning Experience working with enterprise-scale applications. Hands-on expertise in Azure Load Testing, Apache JMeter, Performance monitoring tools, Azure DevOps (ADO) Understanding of API, Middleware, and distributed system performance. Expertise in Web technologies, REST APIs , SQL queries and database performance, Cloud performance testing concepts Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. Good communication and stakeholder reporting skills. Ability to work in complex enterprise delivery environments. Experience in D365 ecosystem performance testing. Experience in cloud-native performance testing on Azure. Exposure to AI-enabled applications and Copilot ecosystem. Qualifications Educational qualification: BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT) Experience : 6 - 8 years of experience Legal Entity: Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited
