ABOUT THE JOB YOU’RE CONSIDERING

This role is part of a QE team to work on testing & performance testing for Web applications.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years’ experience in Performance testing of Web applications (Web Browser / Mobile) and Services (REST APIs) using LoadRunner / JMeter / etc
• Expertise in creating scripts, executing various test scenarios and analyzing results
• Experience on Mobile testing
• Good communication
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Experience on Infrastructure & Application Monitoring tools like AppDynamics / NewRelic / Elastic / Grafana / etc
• Proficient in Java / any Object Oriented programming language
• Experience using Network Traffic Debugging Tools (Charles/Fiddler), Agile Management Tool (JIRA)

• Understand and gather performance requirements and SLAs
• Design and develop performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts
• Execute load, stress, endurance, and spike tests across environments (QA, STG, PROD)
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to tune systems and improve performance
• Integrate performance tests into the CI/CD pipeline
• Document findings, metrics, and recommendations in detailed performance reports
• Participate in defect triage and provide insights on performance-related issues
