Job Title: Performance Testing Architect Job Level: F3 Domain: Cargo / Logistics Location: TVM/COK/BLR No of Open Position: 4 ________________________________________ Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Performance Testing Architect with deep expertise in performance engineering and testing tools to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of performance testing strategies across cargo domain applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, hands-on experience with tools like JMeter (must), LoadRunner, and K6, and the ability to configure and troubleshoot performance monitoring and testing environments. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Architect and implement performance testing frameworks for cargo domain applications. • Lead performance testing efforts including test planning, scripting, execution, and analysis. • Configure and maintain performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana). • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to identify performance bottlenecks. • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements. • Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests. • Ensure performance testing aligns with business SLAs and KPIs. • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior performance engineers. • Maintain documentation of performance testing strategies, results, and improvements. ________________________________________ Required Technical Skills: • Performance Testing Tools: • JMeter (mandatory) • LoadRunner • K6 • Gatling (optional) • Monitoring Tools: • Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus • Performance Engineering Expertise: • Capacity planning, system tuning, root cause analysis • Profiling and diagnostics of application and infrastructure performance • Database Knowledge: • SQL performance tuning • Experience with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar • Programming/Scripting: • Java, Python, Shell scripting (for automation and custom tool integration) • CI/CD Integration: • Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps ________________________________________ Domain Expertise: • Strong understanding of Cargo / Logistics domain workflows and performance-critical operations. • Experience with cargo management systems, booking engines, and tracking platforms. ________________________________________ Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering. • Proven track record of solving complex performance issues in enterprise applications. ________________________________________ Preferred Certifications: • ISTQB Performance Testing • Certified JMeter or LoadRunner Professional • Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure) with performance focus
