The candidate should have strong expertise in load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing across web, API, and distributed systems. Design and develop performance test scripts using NeoLoad Execute load, stress, spike, endurance, and volume tests Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations Monitor system performance metrics (CPU, memory, DB, network, JVM) Work closely with development, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams Prepare detailed performance test reports and dashboards Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines Validate SLAs, response times, throughput, and scalability targets Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues Support cloud and distributed load testing environments Required Skills: Mandatory 3+ years of experience in Performance Testing Strong experience with NeoLoad Knowledge of: Load Testing Stress Testing Endurance Testing Spike Testing Qualifications Performance Test Engineer – NeoLoad 3+ years in performance testing Hands-on experience with NeoLoad Expertise in Load/Stress/Endurance testing API and web application performance testing Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
