Work Experience: Entry-Level (Foundational) Work Experience Description: Suitable for students with basic foundational knowledge and little to no practical experience, ideal for freshmen or sophomores who have completed only introductory courses. ᅟ Department Theater Position ScopePerforms various types of cultural dances.Attends practice sessions to upgrade the quality of performance of current dances.Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the management.Requirements Must be able to learn, and subsequently perform, the various dances of each assigned Polynesian cultures. Requires good health and a full range of body movement and be capable of moving freely among the guests. Must look Polynesian. Must be able to communicate in English. Should have a grammar school education. Previous Polynesian dancing experience preferred. Must attach a copy of resume and current semester class schedule (Weekly View) MUST BE AVAILABLE THROUGH SUMMER BREAK Work Schedule 10 hours (Schedule TBD) Base Rate Per Hour $14.00 All applicants must be available for an on-site interview at the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie, HI.
