We are looking for a Performing Arts and Drama Teacher for an International School based in Foshan. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 school year starting in August 2026. About the school Foshan's first international-based secondary school was founded in 2016. It's located on a quiet green campus in the Nanhai District of Foshan in Southern China and 2 bus stops away from Guangzhou South Railway station. From there, you can travel all over China by high-speed rail. Hong Kong can be reached in less than one hour by high-speed train from the railway station. The school offers British IGCSE/A-Level, as well as American Advanced Placement Job responsibilities Teach the subject of performing arts and drama to secondary education students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments A bachelor’s degree in Drama, Theater Studies, Performing Arts or related majors, with master’s or higher Professional teaching certifications such as Canadian teaching license; A minimum of three years experience in international schools Experience of teaching in IGCSE and A-level Experience of working with enthusiastic and motivated students aged 15 to 17 Salary and Benefits Annual salary ranging from CAD 52000 to CAD 80000 commensurate with experience and qualificaitons Monthly 3,000 RMB house and transportation allowance if live off campus or Free on-campus modern apartment with all necessary furniture Flight Allowance of 9,500 RMB per year Meal Allowance of 330 RMB / Month Paid summer & winter holidays, and Chinese public holidays Health Insurance provided 10,000 RMB for renewal bonus of every academic year Residence and work permit sponsored 1,000 RMB for relocation fee
