Description

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment. You will be responsible for: supporting the planning, organising and researching of music and outdoor programmes, events and activities; performing liaison and administrative duties in preparing and executing the programmes; coordinating with stakeholders and public in participation of the activities; providing quality and timely delivery of programmes; providing administrative support for all aspects of Music and Outdoor team; and performing any duties from time to time as reasonably as assigned by the Authority. You should: have a recognised university degree in Performing Arts, Cultural Studies, Arts Management, Arts Education or equivalent; have 3 to 4 years of experience, preferably in arts and cultural field, knowledge of music and outdoor programmes is desirable; be knowledgeable about the music scene of Hong Kong; possess good interpersonal and communication skills; strong administrative and multi-tasking skills; show passion for the performing arts, with strong self-motivation in achieving tasks assigned; be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; and be required to work at the designated venues (including weeknights and weekends).
