Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Perfumer to join our fragrance development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of aromatic materials, olfactory memory, and blending techniques to create signature scents that elevate our brand and captivate consumers. You will be responsible for designing fragrances across a range of products—from perfumes and personal care items to home and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate original fragrance compositions aligned with brand identity and market trends
• Modify and fine-tune existing fragrance formulas based on feedback or project goals
• Conduct olfactory evaluations and maintain detailed scent records and formulation notes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, R&D, packaging) throughout the development process
• Stay updated on raw material innovations, regulatory guidelines, and fragrance market trends
• Ensure all fragrance blends comply with IFRA, safety, and internal company standards
• Participate in sensory testing and product stability evaluations
• Maintain a well-organized fragrance library and raw materials inventory

Requirements

• Proven experience as a perfumer, fragrance chemist, or in a related fragrance creation role
• Formal training in fragrance development or perfumery (e.g. ISIPCA, Grasse Institute, or equivalent) preferred
• Exceptional olfactory sensitivity and memory
• Strong understanding of fragrance materials, safety standards, and global regulations
• Ability to balance creative artistry with technical precision
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Passion for scent innovation and storytelling through fragrance
