Responsibilities: You will be responsible to: Independently manage adult, pediatric, and infant open-heart (CPB) procedures. Operate key perfusion devices, including HLM, IABP, Cell Saver, VAVD, Bio-Medicus, ABG, ACT, and related equipment. Select and implement appropriate equipment and techniques for each procedure. Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for troubleshooting emergencies. Ensure patient safety and maintain high-quality perfusion care. Monitor, maintain and improve perfusion quality indicators. Develop strategies to enhance first-line perfusion services with cost-effective solutions. Requirements: You should have: Bachelor’s degree in Perfusion Sciences. Minimum 5 years of experience as a primary perfusionist in adult and pediatric open-heart surgeries. Independently proficient in CPB, LHB, DHCA, ACP, RCP, RAP, and MUF. Excellent decision-making, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to make critical decisions and lead confidently in high-pressure situations. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
