This is a key leadership role responsible for driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient outcomes across the entire perioperative journey. You will provide strong, visible leadership, foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. This role offers the opportunity to shape services, support staff development, and optimise patient flow and theatre utilisation within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. About you * Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent. Post-graduate qualification in area of specialty. * Minimum of two years recent peri-operative and senior nursing management experience in an acute peri-operative hospital setting. * Proven ability to effectively manage financial, human and material resources to achieve optimum patient care * Proven leadership style with the ability to motivate staff to achieve excellence in patient care/experience and positive staff culture * Demonstrated knowledge of ACHS, NSQHS, ACORN, quality improvement and risk management processes.
