As a Periodontics Consultant, you will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of periodontal diseases, focusing on maintaining and improving patients' periodontal health. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive periodontal examinations and assess patients’ periodontal health status. Develop individualized treatment plans for the prevention and management of periodontal diseases. Carry out advanced periodontal procedures such as scaling and root planing, gum grafts, and laser therapy as required. Collaborate closely with general dentists and other specialists to provide integrated care for patients. Educate patients on periodontal disease prevention, oral hygiene, and maintenance strategies. Maintain detailed patient records and manage follow-up care and documentation. Keep abreast of the latest research, techniques, and technologies in periodontics. Dental degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited institution with specialization in Periodontics. Board certification or recognized qualification in Periodontics. Valid dental license to practice in Sharjah, UAE. Demonstrated experience in managing periodontal health and performing periodontal surgical procedures. Strong knowledge of periodontal disease etiology, diagnosis, and treatment modalities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to educate and engage patients effectively.
