Practice Stats: Total Revenue: $1.5 million Patient Volume: The office sees on average 12 patients/dayTotal New Starts: 10 new patients/month Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $300,000 +chairside compensation Profit sharing/ Practice Distributions Up to $15,000 Sign-on bonus/ relocation bonus What You’ll Do: Comprehensive Periodontal Care: Lead and deliver high-quality periodontal services, including implant placements, soft tissue grafts, and full-mouth rehabilitation Team Leadership: Collaborate with a skilled team of hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, patient-focused care. Patient Relationships: Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients, providing education and personalized care to improve their oral health and achieve lasting results. Practice Growth: Contribute to the practice's growth by maintaining high standards of care, improving patient outcomes, and helping to meet production and collection goals Experience: 3-5+ years with a solid foundation in periodontal care. Ability to create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations. Experience with specialized prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal diseases and in the placement of dental implants. Successful track record of providing leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment. INDDROP08
