Participation in our Transition to speciality Program will run over the course of 12 months with a supported rotation through a specialised area of focus: Anaesthetics and Recovery or Instrument and Circulating To gain adequate exposure and allow for consolidation of new skills this position will require full time commitment for the entire first 12 months of the program with an ongoing commitment expected 12 months post course to Cabrini Perioperative Services Demonstrated ability to independently initiate self-directed learning Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team. Delivering care to patients to meet Cabrini’s organisational goals.
