Inova Woodburn Surgery Center is looking for a Perioperative Support OR Aide to join the team! Perioperative Support Specialist Job Responsibilities: Maintains overall environment (e.g. empties trash, cleans spills, removes soiled linens) on a continuous basis. Demonstrates an understanding of infection control standards and the knowledge of general cleaning principles according to hospital policy. Performs daily re-stocking of designated supply areas including linen, fluid warmers. etc. Delivers specimens, blood products, etc. Obtains additional supplies and equipment for the nursing staff as needed. Safely transfers patients to and from in the Operating Room. Additional duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent. Responsibilities

The Perioperative Support OR Aide is responsible for maintaining the overall environment in the operating room, including cleaning and restocking supplies. They also assist with patient transfers and deliver specimens as needed.
