To support the consistency of standards across our expanding portfolio of homes, we are seeking an experienced and resilient Peripatetic Clinical Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a senior operational and clinical leadership role, requiring flexibility and travel across our services. The Peripatetic Clinical Manager will:

• Provide visible leadership, clinical oversight and management support across multiple nursing homes.
• Drive consistency in clinical governance, compliance and quality assurance processes.
• Support Home Managers and nursing teams to maintain and exceed CQC regulatory standards.
• Lead and deliver clinical audits, action plans and service improvements.
• Cover clinical management responsibilities during periods of transition, management absence or as directed by the senior leadership team.
• Mentor, coach and develop clinical staff to embed best practice and strengthen clinical competence.
