We’re seeking a Perm 360 Recruiter to join our growing team in Manitoba. As a Perm 360 Recruiter, you’ll focus on permanent placements within the Insurance industry and have the opportunity to build a strong desk with the support of a respected national brand.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, and placing candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance industry clients across Manitoba.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for roles in underwriting, claims, brokerage, and insurance sales.
• Drive business development through networking, prospecting, and strategic outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems.
