Every Child, Inc. (ECI) is a nonprofit organization in southwestern Pennsylvania dedicated to strengthening families and communities through foster care, adoption, family preservation, and family-based mental health services. At ECI, caseworkers carry sustainable caseloads so you can do your best work for the families who need it most. THE ROLE As a Permanency Caseworker, you'll work closely with children, families, and referral sources to build and execute comprehensive permanency plans — connecting adoptive and kinship families with the individualized support they need for stable, lasting placements. You'll provide the full range of SWAN service units, including: * Child Profiles and Child Preparation Services * Child-Specific Recruitment * Family Profiles and Placement * Finalization support * In-home visits, case advocacy, and ongoing family support Services are delivered in home and community settings. Both full-time (40 hrs/week) and part-time positions are available. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field * 1–2 years of related experience and/or internship (preferred, not required) * Experience working with trauma-impacted individuals and families * Strong relationship-building and one-on-one communication skills * Excellent organizational and computer skills * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or non-traditional hours as needed * Ability to adapt in a dynamic, community-based environment Don't check every box?
