Description ****Average salary rate is $71,442.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)**** POSITION PURPOSE Supervises Permanency staff to support the well-being of children in the Permanency Services Program. Coordinates with community stakeholders and agencies, and ensures accurate and timely service delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and support Permanency staff, ensuring case file accuracy and adherence to policies. Participate in program planning, budgeting, and goal setting. Develop and implement Permanency Program policies and procedures. Coordinate with public/private agencies and community resources for service delivery. Facilitate family preparation for Permanency through assessments, home visits, and mentoring. Ensure timely and accurate court documentation and adherence to court orders. Provide ongoing support and crisis intervention as needed. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; promote teamwork and cultural sensitivity. SUPERVISION Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff per agency policies. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with 4+ years in child welfare Experience: Supervisory experience in a Permanency Services program preferred.
