Job descritpion: We are looking for our future Brand Ambassador: you will have the following responsibilities: Sales & Customer Relations · Welcome and assist customers to provide an excellent shopping experience. · Drive sales while following company protocols and building customer loyalty. · Maintain deep product knowledge and offer expert advice. · Manage customer feedback to ensure satisfaction. · Analyze sales performance and implement action plans. · Organize and oversee sales events and initiatives. Visual Identity & Merchandising · Ensure product positioning aligns with merchandising guidelines. · Set up and maintain high-quality shop windows and store displays. · Train and support the team on visual merchandising best practices. · Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and display standards. Stock & Cash Management · Oversee deliveries, stock organization, and product availability. · Conduct inventory checks and manage merchandise transfers. · Identify faulty goods and prevent shrinkage. · Handle all cash transactions in compliance with internal procedures. Team Leadership & HR Management · Train, guide, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets. · Communicate key messages and foster team engagement. · Identify strengths and areas for improvement within the team. · Recruit, schedule, and manage staff while ensuring compliance with labor laws. · Address and report disciplinary matters as needed.
