Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Be the first point of contact, delivering warm welcomes and lasting first impressions
  • Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and payments using our digital systems
  • Keep reception areas tidy, professional, and inviting
  • Assist with customer feedback and help resolve issues with a smile
  • Support daily admin tasks that keep our centres running like clockwork

  • Package: $58,545 - $61,927 (full time equivalent) gross p.a. plus 12% super.
  • Hours of work: Permanent full-time (38 hours per week) with option of 19-day month flex time arrangement available.
  • Permanent temporary 20 hours per week also available. Shifts available depending on the varying operational needs of the Leisure Centres.
  • Applicants must be willing to work hours across a 7 day a week spread, across all 3 Leisure Centres, operating from 5am – 9pm (Monday-Sunday).
