You will join our passionate production team at Bega on the Sapphire Coast of NSW, where we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality dairy products enjoyed across Australia. You’ll be part of a supportive, safety-focused and collaborative team that keeps our manufacturing operations running smoothly every day. Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment safely in line with procedures and standards Deliver production activities to meet daily and weekly schedules and targets Perform quality checks and follow work instructions to ensure product specifications are met Monitor machines and processes, identifying and escalating issues promptly Support a positive team culture through communication, collaboration and continuous improvement About You Strong awareness of workplace health and safety standards Attention to detail, and ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements Clear communicator who works well in a team, shows reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn Experience in food manufacturing environment is highly desirable (not essential) Willing to work a 24/5, 24/6 or 24/7 rotating roster, covering day, afternoon, and night shifts Application Process The recruitment program for our Ridge Street expansion is being managed by our partner Programmed Skilled Workforce, please inform your referral to apply via this link, and to state your full name during their application https://info.programmed.com.au/bega-form.
