Maintenance Repair Worker 2: Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common English vocabulary; 6 mos. trg. or 6 mos. exp. in maintenance repair work (e.g., basic electricity, plumbing, carpentry, masonry repair & use of associated hand & power tools & equipment); Valid commercial driver's license required if motor equipment is of type & size regulated by sections 4506.01 & 4506.12 of Ohio revised code. Facilities Maintenance Specialist 1: Successful completion of post-secondary training in facilities maintenance technology, industrial trades technology or comparable training program; 1 yr. exp. in construction/building maintenance that included carpentry, electrical, plumbing & HVAC.
