We’re looking for a talented and reliable Pastry Chef to join our team in Spotswood on a permanent part-time basis. This role is focused mainly on croissant and Viennoiserie production, with some variety across other pastry work. You’ll be hands-on with laminating, shaping, proofing, baking, and finishing, while also contributing to seasonal and signature creations.

Responsibilities
  • Producing croissants, Danish, and other Viennoiserie to a consistent, high standard
  • Laminating, shaping, and baking with precision and care
  • Supporting broader pastry production (cakes, tarts, choux, seasonal items)
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen environment
