Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding figurines and phone strap customization.
Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers in-store and online.
Foster a welcoming and positive shopping environment that encourages customer loyalty.
Collaborate with the team to display and promote products effectively.
Assist in inventory management and ensure product displays are appealing and organized.
Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and customization options to provide informed recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
