THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
• Acute attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility and the ability to work as a team member will be considered assets.Knowledge of and experience with indigenous ways of knowing, living, and being are a strong asset.

• Work closely with students to meet their diverse learning goals.
• Provide assistance to students with mobility needs and/or who require personal care.
• Assist the classroom teacher to support learning with all students in the classroom.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information pertaining to a child, classroom and the school.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or designate and those listed in Job Description - Educational Assistant
