Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and ready to be a key player in Canada and US’s heavy haul industry? PermitNow, based in Acheson, Alberta, is looking for a Permit Consultant to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Permit Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for heavy haul companies needing permits to move over dimensional loads. You’ll handle calls, assess trip details, and manage the permit process from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Take incoming client calls and gather trip and equipment information
• Determine required permits based on dimensions, weights, routes, and jurisdictions
• Apply for and obtain permits from provincial, state, and federal agencies
• Coordinate routing, escort requirements, and regulatory compliance
• Keep clients informed of timelines, restrictions, and approvals
• Maintain digital records of permits and trip files
• Work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, accuracy-focused environment
