Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and we’re hiring an experienced Permit Coordinator to join our North Bay team. We serve customers across the San Francisco Bay Area, with work throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. This is a full time, hybrid remote/office based position supporting residential and light commercial installation work. This is a steady, full time role with consistent work year round and strong earning potential based on experience. About the Role As a Permit Coordinator at Bellows, you’ll manage the permitting process for projects across the North Bay. You’ll work closely with internal teams and city and county agencies to ensure permits are submitted accurately and on time, while proactively identifying requirements and resolving issues to keep projects on schedule. This is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment where communication and follow through are critical.
