REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in permitting for roofing or construction
• Familiarity with Florida building departments (or relevant state/region)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with permitting portals and document management
• Ability to work well with others and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Prepare and submit permit applications for roofing projects across multiple jurisdictions
• Track approvals, corrections, and inspections
• Communicate with city/county offices, engineers, and private providers
• Coordinate closely with production and operations teams to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain organized records and stay up-to-date on local codes and regulations
