About the role: UGL are seeking an experienced Permit Coordinator to join our CO2 team working on a major construction project. Commencing ASAP, you will be working a 2/2 roster at our Barrow Island Site. Point of hire is Perth, WA. The successful candidate will provide essential support to ensure all permits are compliant with regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate effectively with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Permit Management: Prepare, submit and manage permits in line with construction requirements as per the Electronic Permit to Work (PTW) applications. Multi discipline interaction with supervisors to ensure permit reflects the scope required for execution Safety & Compliance: Review Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Job hazard analysis (JHA) to ensure all requirements are met. Ensure all permits adhere to company health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) policies. Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of permit approvals, renewals, and expirations. Provide regular updates to management on project and permit statuses. Liaison & Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact between construction and client to facilitate timely permit approvals.
