Description
CSP is expanding — and we’re looking for a relentless, strategic, and resourceful Permit Master to help us unlock new territory. This is not an administrative role. This is a growth role. You will be responsible for identifying new expansion markets, aggressively sourcing high-quality facilities (schools, sports complexes, gyms, community centres, etc.), and securing & managing the permits that allow CSP to run sports sessions in those spaces. If you love hunting for opportunities, negotiating access, and turning blank maps into active territories — this role is for you. What You’ll Be Responsible ForMarket Research & Expansion Strategy Identify high-opportunity neighborhoods and municipalities for CSP expansion Analyze demographics, competition, demand, and facility availability Build expansion shortlists and rollout plans Present findings with clear ROI potential Facility Sourcing & Relationship Building Aggressively prospect schools, sports venues, gyms, and community centers Contact decision-makers and pitch CSP partnership opportunities Conduct site visits to assess suitability Build strong long-term relationships with facility operators Permit Acquisition & Management Secure rental agreements and permits Negotiate rates, terms, and scheduling priority Ensure compliance with municipal and institutional requirements Maintain a master calendar of permits and renewal deadlines Troubleshoot issues proactively Compensation: $1,500 USD per month
