Our team is currently recruiting for a Permit Specialist/ Project Administrator in Over Dimensional Transportation to join our team.
Job Requirements
Order all over dimensional permits across Canada and the United States.
Work closely with our Operations Transportation Specialists on timing, routes, route surveys, scheduling pilot cars and police escorts.
Compliance with all regulations and travel restrictions in Canada and the United States.
This position requires;
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to multitask and work within deadlines
Detail oriented and able to work in a team and individual environment.
Performs other duties as required by supervisors / managers to keep pace with changes in scope of work.
