WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with online portals, forms, and emails
• Good with spreadsheets and basic document tracking
• Strong organizational skills – can keep multiple projects moving
• Experience with ROW, utility, or municipal permits is a plus
• Permit experience in Washington/Idaho/Montana is a big plus

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We’re hiring a Permit Technician to handle our Right of Way (ROW) permits for utility and construction projects. You’ll be working with city and county portals to submit permit applications, track their progress, update our internal records, and close them out once the work is done.
This is a critical support role that keeps our field crews working and our projects moving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and submit ROW permit applications to local jurisdictions
• Track permit status and follow up as needed to avoid delays
• Update permit records in our internal system (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Close out permits with required documentation after job completion
• Communicate with project managers and coordinators to stay on schedule
