Role Overview As a Permits and Administration Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and administrative execution of projects related to our Netherlands operations. The role requires strong organisational skills, experience with regulatory processes, and the ability to manage documentation, permits, and communication with government authorities. You will act as a key support function ensuring projects run smoothly and remain compliant with Dutch regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and coordination support for Netherlands-based projects Manage communication with Dutch authorities and external stakeholders Prepare, submit, and track permits, licenses, and official documentation Support processes related to permissions, commissions, and regulatory approvals Assist with legal and compliance-related documentation and follow-ups Maintain structured project documentation, files, and tracking systems Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of administrative requirements What we expect from you Native-level proficiency in Dutch (written and spoken) Familiarity with Dutch legal and administrative frameworks Professional working proficiency in English Proven experience in administrative or project support roles Basic knowledge of legal and compliance matters Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Dutch government bodies, permits, and regulatory processes Experience in project coordination or project administration Background in regulated industries or compliance-driven environments Experience working in international teams What We Offer Flexible hybrid work model A comfortable and welcoming office in Käpylä, Helsinki.
