EOE-M/F/V/H Drug Screen/Background check required Requirements MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, prepare, and submit permit applications for both residential and commercial fencing projects. Review applications and supporting documents (site plans, drawings, specifications) for completeness and compliance with applicable codes. Maintain accurate electronic and physical files for all permits, inspections, and related documentation. Communicate permit requirements, timelines, and status updates with customers, contractors, and inspectors. Track changes or corrections required by plan reviewers or inspectors and communicate needed project actions to internal teams. Assist field or office teams in understanding permit conditions, code requirements, or revisions requested by authorities. Potentially work with Customers on call backs and service related items. Perform other clerical responsibilities' as assigned SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication, presentation and writing skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma and some related College course work is preferred or equivalent related experience 1-3 years prior experience in a like or similar position Ability to work with minimal supervision and determine task priorities Superior organization, project, and personnel management skills Ability to think through problematic situations suggesting viable solutions Excellent business, sales and internet product acumen
