The job As a Persian-speaking Quality Expert Reviewer in the content moderation sector, you will support quality review processes across multiple workflows involving sensitive and high-risk online content. This is a highly analytical role where precision, consistency and critical thinking are essential. You will review moderation decisions, assess escalations and ensure policies are applied fairly and accurately, especially in cases where regional or cultural context plays an important role. The position is fully office-based in Dublin City Centre and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday. No leave requests are permitted during the first 8 weeks to allow for full onboarding and training. Your daily work will include tasks like these: Reviewing moderation decisions across multiple content workflows Assessing escalations and high-risk moderation queues Applying platform policies accurately and consistently Reviewing sensitive content related to violence, hate speech, fraud, phishing, self-harm, nudity and other high-risk categories Supporting quality review processes for ID verification and authenticity flows Handling culturally nuanced content where political or regional context affects moderation decisions Identifying quality trends and opportunities for process improvement Collaborating with moderation and operational teams Participating in a 4-week onsite training programme We offer Permanent full-time contract in Dublin International and structured office environment Full onsite training provided Healthcare insurance and pension contribution Annual leave plus bank holidays Performance bonus opportunities Career opportunities within the digital and online safety sector Supportive and collaborative workplace culture Your qualifications 💭 You are fluent in Persian and have strong English skills. 📚 You have previous experience in content moderation (required). 🧩 You have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills. 💬 You communicate clearly and professionally. 💪🏻 You are emotionally resilient and able to review sensitive online content objectively. 🌍 You understand cultural and regional context relevant to moderation decisions. 🤝 You work well in structured team environments and take ownership of your work. ✅ You already hold valid permission to work in Ireland.
