JOB OVERVIEW

The Person in Charge (PIC) plays a vital role in the daily operations of our retail establishment. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage various aspects of store operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management. The PIC is responsible for ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in retail math, budgeting, and financial management practices.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and merchandising techniques.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
  • Experience in training & development of staff members is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to retail sales is advantageous.
