PERSON IN CHARGE (PIC)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced social care professional or registered nurse with proven leadership skills to join our team as the Person in Charge (PIC) of our Respite Service. The PIC will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our designated centre, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are consistently delivered.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):

  • Degree in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, RNID, or related field (validated by QQI).
  • Management qualification.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a position of Person In Charge (PIC) in a Disability Service.
  • Full driving license.
  • Proficient in both oral and written English language
  • Have the legal right to work in Ireland and currently hold valid work authorisation for Ireland
