The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Personal Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Middletown, RI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This can be an in-office or hybrid position. Responsibilities: Manage book of personal lines clients providing service to maintain and grow the book. Be main conduit of communication to the insured and handle day-to-day correspondence with client (email, phone) for accounts. Use discretion and judgement to interpret policy language and communicate changes in coverage to the insured. Act as the relationship builder with the account Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement. Qualifications: Must be licensed or willing to obtain license Microsoft suite of products, AMS360 experience a plus. Must be able multi-task while maintaining accuracy. Must be detailed oriented. Accuracy in this position is critical. Must have strong time management skills. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
