Description

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings and personal appointments.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinating with the production team to ensure quotations are completed promptly, including following up as needed to avoid delays.
  • Preparing a formal quotation once figures have been provided by the production team, getting this approved internally and then emailing to the customer.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for CEO’s personal appointments, Salt Studios and ApparelTASKER.
  • Organise and attend meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up and diarise action items.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives e.g tradeshows, company visits etc.
  • Ensure staff supplies are maintained e.g stationary, kitchen supplies, maintenance supplies etc.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and clients / suppliers.
  • Manage and respond to enquiries for ApparelTASKER and Salt Studios.
  • Assist with marketing efforts for the factory, including social media updates and collaborations.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements for occupants of the lower-floor units and ensure all documentation is accurately filed and securely stored.
  • Reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
  • Participating in interviews alongside the CEO and other executives, contributing to candidate evaluations and providing feedback to help with decision-making.
  • Arranging delivery / collection of items from the factory to suppliers or vice versa when required.
